Author Biography
Stan Nelms, a notable figure in military history, served as a military policeman with the 287th MP Brigade in Berlin in 1966 and with Company B of the 504th MP BN in Pleiku, Vietnam during 1967-68. As part of his author biography, it is worth noting that he is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and currently resides in Wildwood, MO. After retiring as the manager of procurement for a world-class manufacturer, he now dedicates his spare time to writing. In addition to his writing pursuits, Stan serves as the webmaster for Missouri Chapter 1028 of the Vietnam Veterans of America: http://vva1028MO.com, as well as for the Pleiku MP Association: http://pleikump.org. He and his wife enjoy spending time at the beach, often visiting the Emerald Coast in Northwest Florida.
